Payment and Cancellation Information

Full payment is required within 7 days of booking. If payments are not received by the due date, reservations may be automatically re-allocated without notice. All cancellations must be in writing. Following payment and up to 50 days prior to the selected match, all packages cancelled will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50%. From 50 days prior to the selected match forward, all cancellations (including no-shows) will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100%.

Packages are non refundable, except as detailed in the Cricket Australia National Refund Policy. Should the dates of matches change, subject to availablity, we will rebook your hotel for the new dates and your tickets will be re-issued. Should you be unable to travel to the matches due to the change in dates, we will use best endeavours to refund monies paid.
