GROUP FLIGHT AMENDMENTS: Qantas permits a date change in one direction only. A fee of $50 per person applies and an airfare increase may be incurred. Cathay Pacific permits a date change on the return flight only. A fee of $75 per person applies and an airfare increase may be incurred. Any changes are subject to availability.

If you wish to travel on different flights and dates in both directions, this will result in a non-group airfare increase plus a booking fee of $50 per person with both Qantas & Cathay Pacific flights. Please contact us for a quote based on your preferred travel dates.

If you wish to include another Asian destination please contact us for the fare options and stopover packages including Malaysia, Singapore or Bangkok. You can also extend into China returning from either Shanghai or Beijing so contact us for options and accommodation packages at those locations.

Payment and Conditions:

We require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your package price within 3 days of confirmation PLUS APPLICABLE AIR TAXES for non-group fares only. (approx $200-250 pp) Airfares will be issued upon receipt of deposit and you are then locked in – no name changes. The balance of the package and any extras are due 15th January 2008. Cancellation penalties apply once invoiced. Name changes and ticket reissue fees also apply. Once you have your deposit paid and the booking confirmed there are no fare changes although taxes may change at any time if not ticketed. Names must be provided in accordance with your EXACT PASSPORT NAMES and name changes are not permitted without cancellation of the flight and the penalties associated with that process. Date changes are subject to availability and amendment fees. Once deposited amendment and cancellation fees apply according to airline conditions plus our fees. Our amendment fees are $50 per person per transaction. Airline and Government air taxes, fuel surcharges etc are payable at the time of ticketing for group fares, with your final invoice.

Land Only can be purchased. Deduct our group airfare of $899 per person to establish the land package price for each hotel listed. All inclusions are the same except for flights.

Cancellations: In case of cancellation all land payments are non refundable unless we can resell your package. If that occurs the penalty will be $350 per person. If you cancel your airfare the applicable airline charges apply plus our cancellation fee of $350 per person for the airfare and applicable refund process.

Documents: Match Tickets are not received until closer to the event, around the time of final payment. Once all payments are made we will start the distribution. All documents will be delivered to you at least 2 weeks prior to the group departure, unless you are travelling earlier. You will be sent an invoice and confirmation details once your booking is confirmed and ticketed.
