Depart your capital city for your Air New Zealand flight to Christchurch. On arrival we will be met and transferred to our accommodation. Grand Chancellor or Similar.

Wed 9 Mar.

This morning we are undertaking a half day City tour of Christchurch. The afternoon is at your leisure to explore the city, further, undertake another tour or relax.

Thu 10 Mar.

First day of the First Test at Jade Stadium with daily return air conditioned coaches.

Fri 11 Mar.

Second day of the First Test at Jade Stadium.

Sat 12 Mar.

Third day of the First Test at Jade Stadium.

Sun 13 Mar.

Fourth day of the First Test at Jade Stadium.

Mon 14 Mar.

Fifth day of the First Test at Jade Stadium

Tue 15 Mar.

A day of relaxation after the test, or an opportunity of some final touring around Christchurch.

Wed 16 Mar.

Today we commence our drive to Picton where we board our ferry for a sunset crossing of the picturesque Cook Strait, and a transfer to our hotel in Wellington. Mercure Hotel or Similar.

Thu 17 Mar.

After a leisurely breakfast, we board our coach for a city tour of Wellington. The afternoon is free for you to explore further.

Fri 18 Mar.

First day of the Second Test at The Basin with daily return air conditioned coaches.

Sat 19 Mar.

Second day of the Second Test at The Basin.

Sun 20 Mar.

Third day of the Second Test at The Basin.

Mon 21 Mar.

Fourth day of the Second Test at The Basin.

Tue 22 Mar.

Fifth day of the Second Test at The Basin.

Wed 23 Mar.

Depart Wellington for the drive to Rotorua, passing Lake Taupo. On arrival we will have a traditional Maori hungi, and traditional dance and cultural show. Rydges Hotel or Similar.

Thu 24 Mar.

A morning tour of the Rotorua, and the steam fields and geysers. This afternoon is at your leisure.

Fri 25 Mar.

Today we continue our coach tour to Auckland, stopping at the famous Waitomo Glow Worm Caves. Rydges Hotel or Similar.

Sat 26 Mar.

First day of the Third Test at Eden Park with daily return air conditioned coaches.

Sun 27 Mar.

Second day of the Third Test at Eden Park.

Mon 28 Mar.

Third day of the Third Test at Eden Park.

Tue 29 Mar.

Fourth day of the Third Test at Eden Park.

Wed 30 Mar.

Fifth day of the Third Test at Eden Park. Tonight is our farewell dinner, to mark the end of our tour.

Thu 31 Mar.

Transfer to the airport for our return flights to Australia.

The New Zealand tour, for many of us can be the tour of a lifetime, and planning and preparation for a tour like this does take a considerable amount of time and effort. I have been a host on most of these fabulous cricket experiences, and I once again look forward to joining you on our tour to the " Land of the Long White Cloud ".

Test matches between our two cricketing countries really only began in earnest thirty years ago and I was fortunate to score the first ever test century between the two nations. Little did I realise at the time that just five tests down the track that I would make a pair of ducks in the Auckland clash which incidentally became my last international appearance.

Over the past couple of decades Australia V New Zealand test matches have been hard fought affairs with the Kiwis always rising to the occasion, particularly in front of their home crowds.

In addition to the cricket being played, New Zealand is a wonderful, friendly, and picturesque country to tour, so I do hope you can join us on yet another exciting cricket tour where enjoyment is assured and many everlasting friendships and memories occur.
