All prices quoted are in $ Australian Dollars unless otherwise specified by Premium Sport Tours.
HOW DO I BOOK?
An official booking form is required to be completed and returned to the Premium Sport Tours office to confirm your place on this tour. The booking form is located on our website or you can find it at the bottom of this page. Booking form can be returned via the following methods:

Upon receipt of your booking form we will confirm your place on the tour, subject to availability. Upon receipt of our confirmation, you are required to send us a non refundable deposit payment of 50% of the tour cost within 7 days, by either posting a cheque, direct deposit into our bank account or paying via Credit card (Credit card fees apply).
Final balance is due by the close of business on Tuesday 15 April 2008.
IMPORTANT: If we do not receive your deposit payment within 7 days we may release you reservation.
CAN I HIRE A BIKE ON THIS TOUR?
No - if you intend to ride during this trip we strongly suggest you take your own bike.
CAN I BRING MY BIKE CASE?
Yes, bike cases/boxes and bike bags are allowed on this tour provided they fit within the following dimensions only:
Height: No more than 85cm
Width: No more than 30cm
Length: No more than 115cm
DO I NEED TO BE FIT?
A good level of fitness is required to enjoy this tour. You should be comfortable riding from 40km to 100km per day, with minimal issues.
DO I NEED TO TAKE SPECIFIC CLOTHING?
Given that this tour includes riding through mountains, we suggest you bring along warm, waterproof clothing.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED?
No. Regrettably we do not allow children to participate on this tour.
CAN I SHARE WITH ANOTHER PERSON IF I AM TRAVELLING BY MYSELF?
Yes. If you wish to share a room, please let us know and we will reserve a TWIN room for you subject to availability at the time of request. Male with Male & Female with Female pairings ONLY.
I AM A VEGETARIAN - WILL THIS BE CATERED FOR?
Yes. We will endeavor to provide an alternative meal option for those with specific dietary requirements. Please advise us of your special meal requests when booking your place on tour.
DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Yes, travel insurance is compulsory on this tour. If you do not intend to take travel insurance with us, we will require policy details prior to your departure. Please ask a Premium Sport Tours consultant for further details.

DOCUMENTS:
Documents will be made available to you approximately 2-4 weeks prior to your departure date although some general information & maps etc may be made available on day 1 of the tour.
