2022 PAKISTAN CRICKET TOUR : 3 March - 5 April, 2022

It's official, the Australian Men's Cricket team are returning to Pakistan!

Australia is set to tour Pakistan in March & April 2022, 24 years after the previous test tour in 1998. That tour, which included 3 tests and 3 ODI's, featured names like Waugh, McGrath, Fleming & Slater ended in a Test series win 1-0 (2 draws) to Australia, with Mark Taylor Man of the Series on the back of his famous 334 not out in the 2nd Test. Can the new look Aussies repeat the efforts of 1998 and claim an away in Pakistan?

The cricket tour of Pakistan will look a little different in 2022, with the inclusion of one T20 International to the schedule. Full tour dates below,

2022 Australian Tour of Pakistan

First Test: 3-7 March, Karachi

Second Test: 12-16 March, Rawalpindi

Third Test: 21-25 March, Lahore

First ODI: 29 March, Lahore

Second ODI: 31 March, Lahore

Third ODI: 2 April, Lahore

Only T20I: 5 April, Lahore

Module 1: Karachi

Tuesday 1st March, 2022
Arrive in Karachi. For those on the group flight a transfer to our hotel, 5 star Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi is included. After check-in we have an afternoon tour of Mazar-e-Quaid.
Wednesday 2nd March, 2022
This morning we have a tour of Karachi, including the Chaukundi Tombs and the National Museum. The rest of the afternoon is free at your leisure before our welcome dinner in a traditional restaurant at Karachi Clifton Beach.
Thursday 3rd March - Monday 7th March, 2022 - First Test
The first test between Pakistan and Australia at the National Stadium in Karachi begins on Thursday. Each day we have transfers from the hotel to the stadium where we have seating in a VIP enclosure. At the conclusion of play we have a transfer back to the hotel. The rest of the evening is free at your leisure.
Tuesday 8th March, 2022
After breakfast and check-out we'll transfer to Jinnah International Airport for your flight back to Australia, or if you are continuing your Pakistan tour, your flight to Islamabad for the 2nd Pakistan vs. Australia test module.

Module 2: Islamabad

Tuesday 8th March, 2022
Arrive in Islamabad. If you are on the group flight from Karachi a transfer to our hotel, 5 star Pearl Continental Hotel Rawalpindi is included.
Wednesday 9th March, 2022
This morning we have a tour of Islamabad, including the Taxila Museum, the ruins and the Faisal Mosque. Dinner tonight is included at the hilltop Monal Restaurant.
Thursday 10th March, 2022
After breakfast we have a tour to Peshawar, including the Peshawar Museum, Qissa Khawani Bazaar, Karavan Sarai, Mohabbat Khan Mosque and Sethi House. This evening is free at your leisure.
Friday 11th March, 2022
This morning is free at your leisure. In the afternoon we have a tour of Murree & Bhurbon and dinner included at PC Bhurbon Resort. After dinner we'll transfer back to the hotel to rest up before the 2nd test begins.
Saturday 12th March - Wednesday 16th March, 2022 - Second Test
The second test between Pakistan and Australia at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium in Islamabad begins on Saturday. Each day we have transfers from the hotel to the stadium where we have seating in a VIP enclosure. At the conclusion of play we have a transfer back to the hotel. The rest of the evening is free at your leisure.
Thursday 17th March, 2022
After breakfast and check-out we'll transfer to Islamabad International Airport for your flight back to Australia, or if you are continuing your Pakistan tour, a private coach transfer to Lahore for the 3rd Pakistan vs. Australia test module.

Module 3: Lahore

Thursday 17th March, 2022
Arrive in Lahore. If you are continuing on from Islamabad, our private coach transfer will take us directly to our hotel, 5 star Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore.
Friday 18th March, 2022
After breakfast we have a tour of Lahore, including the Badshadi Mosque, Lahore Fort and the Tomb of Jahangir. On return to the hotel the rest of the afternoon and evening is at your leisure.
Saturday 19th March, 2022
This morning is free at your leisure, before our afternoon tour to Shalimar Garden. From there we'll proceed to the famous flag lowering ceremony at the Wagah Border.
Sunday 20th March, 2022
Today we have a tour to the Lahore Museum, Wazir Khan Mosque, Delhi Gate and Suraj Singh Street in Old Lahore. Tonight we have our group dinner before the 3rd and final test between Pakistan and Australia.
Monday 21st March - Friday 25th March, 2022 - Third Test
The third and final test between Pakistan and Australia at the Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore begins on Monday. Each day we have transfers from the hotel to the stadium where we have seating in a VIP enclosure. At the conclusion of play we have a transfer back to the hotel. The rest of the evening is free at your leisure.
Saturday 26th March, 2022
This morning we'll check-out of our hotel and transfer to Allama Iqbal International Airport for your flight back to Australia, ending the tour of Pakistan.

Exit & Entry Requirements

The below procedures are general travel requirements and subject to change at short notice.

To comply with Government and airline requirements, all passengers must be fully vaccinated (2 doses) with a TGA approved vaccine.
A tourist via is required for entry to Pakistan - Click HERE
A PCR test must be done within 72 hours of departure from Australia and result must be negative for Covid-19. Please note, a PCR test from a state run hub are NOT accepted. We recommend booking your PCR test through Clinical Labs. Click HERE for more information.
There is no quarantine requirements on arrival in Pakistan.
Rapid Antigen Tests (RAT) may be undertaken on selective flights into Pakistan. A positive result will require quarantine.

$1,000 per person per module deposit, fully refundable up to 15 January 2022.
Balance is due 15 January 2022. After this date all payment are fully non-refundable.
